These terms govern your use of unitninety.com, operated by UnitNinety (“we”, “us”), a technology practice based in Perth, Western Australia. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.
1. What this site is
In short: this is an informational site about our work. It’s not advice, and it’s not an offer you can accept by clicking.
The site describes UnitNinety and the work we do. Its content is general information, not professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract for services. Any engagement with us is governed by the proposal or agreement we sign together, not by these terms.
2. Acceptable use
In short: browse it, share it, don’t attack it or pass it off as yours.

- interfere with the site’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems it runs on;

In short: the site’s content, design and brand are ours.
Unless noted otherwise, we own or licence everything on this site: the copy, design, code, the UNITNINETY and U90 marks, and the corner bracket device. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

In short: links elsewhere are provided in good faith; we don’t control those sites.
The site may link to third party websites, including work we’ve delivered for clients. Those sites are operated by others, we don’t control them, and linking to them isn’t an endorsement of everything on them.
5. Disclaimers and liability
In short: the site is provided as is; your rights under Australian Consumer Law are untouched.
We take care with what we publish, but the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we exclude all other warranties, and our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to resupplying the relevant content or information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree that the courts of Western Australia may hear any dispute, without preventing a claim being brought in another competent court.
